五年前，台灣 ─ 香港人殷婷(蘇玉華)被控謀殺丈夫劉啓忠(溫兆倫)，含冤入獄。 今日，香港 ─ 婷出獄後仍相信世界除了黑之外還會有白，更相信有朝一日終能討回失去的一切。婷返港後驚遇長相與忠如出一轍的阮文山(溫兆倫分飾)，但忠在台灣明明已經身故。婷面對山，精神陷入一片混亂。真相的表皮層層揭開，婷決定還擊！山施計陷害婷，企圖令她再度入獄。幸好婷認識了熱心助人的羅理浩(林保怡)律師。浩為婷四出奔走，令婷的冤獄似有水落石出之期。婷終得悉山、忠的真正關係，晴天霹靂！ 山勾結浩好友游尚志(曾偉權)，向浩及婷反擊，一步步把浩拖下水，令他的事業及婚姻大出亂子。一向堅持伸張正義的浩被逼至絕路，竟反過來與山同流合污。婷的人生宗旨受到挑戰，在正義與復仇之間徘徊。最後，婷毅然作出決定……
